Where’s the party?

Our venue is The Barn at Willow Brook, 15486 Limestone School Rd, Leesburg, VA 20176. The venue will serve as the location for both the wedding and the reception. Directions to the venue can be found on your favorite GPS app.

Is there parking?

Yes! The Barn offers ample free parking for guests.

What do I wear?

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail. Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting and moving primarily indoors for the reception.

Where should I stay?

The Barn is located about 15 minutes from several hotels from major hotel brands, including Homewood Suites by Hilton, Holiday Inn Express, and Hampton Inn & Suites. We do not have a room block. Leesburg and the surrounding area is also home to quite a few Airbnb and VRBO properties, from apartments in downtown Leesburg to historic homes.

Can I bring my kids?

This wedding is an adults-only affair—this is your opportunity for a date night with 50 of your closest (new) friends!

Where are you registered for gifts?

Please see the registry tab! We are registered through Zola for both cash funds and some other items. If you’d prefer to contribute to one of our cash funds through Venmo, feel free to do so. Leah’s Venmo is @Leah-poffenberger.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Let us know when you RSVP! We will do our best to work with our caterer to accommodate your needs.
